Legal cases

Testbiotech takes legal action in several areas of concern. These include taking legal action against the EU authorisation of genetically engineered plants, conflicts of interest at the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and patents on life.
In addition, we proactively file lawsuits at the Court of Justice of the EU, oppose patents issued by the European Patent Office (EPO) and submit complaints to the EU Ombudsman.
